Our method stays rooted in the classical Reformer Pilates repertoire, enhanced with a light contemporary approach that respects the original method while meeting the needs of today’s bodies.

We prioritize safe, intentional progression, which is why our classes are thoughtfully structured by level. This allows clients to build a strong foundation, deepen their understanding of core engagement, spinal mobility, and posture, and gradually evolve their practice with confidence.

Each class focuses on precision, control, breath, and flow—ensuring a mindful experience that strengthens the body from the inside out.

Beginner Basics (Level 1)

Let’s start from the basics! Never been on the Reformer? This class is for you.

This class has no prerequisites. Help us help you teach the basics of pilates and begin to understand what Reformer Pilates is.
We will mainly be in neutral spine for this class, and we will provide you with the necessary base to make you feel confident in moving up to the next levels, all while moving your body.

Posture Please (Level 2)

Basics are done, now let’s move on to posture please! In this class, we will cover all the ways we can make your spine move. From flexion to extension to rotation, we will be working on that posture! All levels are welcome.

*Prerequisite 3-5 classes +

Slow Sculpt (Level 3)

With the slow sculpt, we will intensify your Pilates practice as we help you flow through the exercises. The movements may be slow, but the burn will be elevated. This class will offer you a unique way to tone and mobilize your entire body, all while working on your alignment and form.

As the basics won’t be covered, this class is taught with the mindset that 10+ classes in Reformer Pilates have been completed prior to joining this level.

Triple Threat (Level 3)

Triple Threat Honey! : Sculpted in all three areas – arms, abs and ass. This targeted training works every part of the glutes, core and arms, in a focused athletic structure, while fusing the methods of the classical Pilates.

As the basics won’t be covered, this class is taught with the mindset that 10+ classes in Reformer Pilates have been completed prior to joining this level.

Juicy Jumpboard (Level 3)

Bringing the heat to the reformer! With the Juicy Jumpboard, elevate your favorite workout with a cardiovascular twist. The incorporation of the Jumpboard promises to defy gravity, pushing you to new heights and intensifying the challenge to your control and core like never before.

As the basics won’t be covered, this class is taught with the mindset that 15+ classes in Reformer Pilates have been completed prior to joining this level.

Athletic Align (Level 4)

Athletic strength merged with Pilates alignment, this class will move your body through a series of advanced core exercises, all while working on your balance and alignment. From teaser to snake, to splits to planks, this advanced class will integrate all your favorite moves in a more athletic format.

As this is an advanced class, this class is taught with the mindset that 20+ classes in Reformer Pilates have been completed prior to joining this level.

Chair Pilates classes

Chair Control (Level 2)

A foundational class combining Mat and Chair Pilates, Chair Control focuses on building deep core strength, improving posture, and enhancing alignment. Designed for anyone who has taken at least 2–5 Reformer classes, this class offers a balanced, full-body workout with an emphasis on control, stability, and core activation.

Fusion Flow (Level 3)

A dynamic blend of Reformer and Chair Pilates, Fusion Flow strengthens your core, tones muscles, and improves flexibility. This intermediate-level class combines controlled movements on both apparatuses for a challenging, yet accessible workout that enhances coordination, stability, and overall strength. As the basics won’t be covered, this class is taught with the mindset that 10+ classes in Reformer/Chair Pilates have been completed prior to joining this level.
