REFORMER PILATES CLASSES

At Bx Studio, we have created a fusion between classical Reformer Pilates and athletic Reformer Pilates. This combination delivers non-impact exercises on the Reformer Pilates, guaranteeing exercises that shape and sculpt the body safely, as well as implementing the true principles of pilates such as control, precision, centering, flow, concentration and breathing.

These classes are built in different levels to give you the necessary knowledge to truly strengthen your core, understand your spine’s range of motion, improve your posture, focus on your flexibility, and mind-body connection. With our athletic fusion, each class will make you feel stronger and leaner.

Beginner Basics (Level 1)

Let’s start from the basics! Never been on the Reformer? This class is for you.

This class has no prerequisites. Help us help you teach the basics of pilates and begin to understand what Reformer Pilates is.
We will mainly be in neutral spine for this class, and we will provide you with the necessary base to make you feel confident in moving up to the next levels, all while moving your body.

Posture Please (All levels)

Basics are done, now let’s move on to posture please! In this class, we will cover all the ways we can make your spine move. From flexion to extension to rotation, we will be working on that posture! All levels are welcome.

Slow Sculpt (Intermediate)

With the slow sculpt, we will intensify your Pilates practice as we help you flow through the exercises. The movements may be slow, but the burn will be elevated. This class will offer you a unique way to tone and mobilize your entire body, all while working on your alignment and form.

As the basics won’t be covered, this class is taught with the mindset that 10+ classes in Reformer Pilates have been completed prior to joining this level.

Triple Threat (Intermediate)

Triple Threat Honey! : Sculpted in all three areas – arms, abs and ass. This targeted training works every part of the glutes, core and arms, in a focused athletic structure, while fusing the methods of the classical Pilates.

As the basics won’t be covered, this class is taught with the mindset that 10+ classes in Reformer Pilates have been completed prior to joining this level.

Juicy Jumpboard (Intermediate)

Bringing the heat to the reformer! With the Juicy Jumpboard, elevate your favorite workout with a cardiovascular twist. The incorporation of the Jumpboard promises to defy gravity, pushing you to new heights and intensifying the challenge to your control and core like never before.

As the basics won’t be covered, this class is taught with the mindset that 15+ classes in Reformer Pilates have been completed prior to joining this level.

Athletic Align (Advance)

Athletic strength merged with Pilates alignment, this class will move your body through a series of advanced core exercises, all while working on your balance and alignment. From teaser to snake, to splits to planks, this advanced class will integrate all your favorite moves in a more athletic format.

As this is an advanced class, this class is taught with the mindset that 20+ classes in Reformer Pilates have been completed prior to joining this level.
